We ship from our EU, US, or UK warehouses. Delivery usually takes 6–10 business days, depending on your location.

Yes! Velura tubs are built for year-round comfort. We recommend using the insulated cover and placing it on a thermal base mat for colder months.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna (installments in select regions).

♻️ What is your return policy?

If you're not satisfied within 14 days of delivery, you may return the unused product in original packaging. Please review our Refund Policy.

🔧 Is setup difficult?

No tools required. You can inflate and set up your Velura hot tub in under 10 minutes. All instructions and accessories are included.

💧 What maintenance is required?

We include a basic filtration system. For hygiene, we recommend using chlorine tablets and changing the water every 1–2 months depending on usage.
