Limited Warranty Coverage

All Veluralife spas include manufacturer warranty protection covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

Because warranty terms may vary depending on the specific model, construction type, and manufacturer, the exact warranty duration for your spa is listed directly on its individual product page.

Coverage generally includes:

  • Spa structure, frame, and shell integrity
  • Pumps, heating systems, and electrical control components
  • Manufacturer-installed functional systems and internal mechanical components

Warranty Eligibility

Warranty coverage applies exclusively to products used under normal residential conditions and maintained according to the provided setup, care, water treatment, and operating instructions.

Warranty protection is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Exclusions & Limitations

Warranty coverage does not include:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper installation
  • Commercial, rental, hospitality, or public use
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations
  • Cosmetic wear, surface aging, fading, or weather-related deterioration
  • Damage resulting from improper chemical balance, freezing, environmental exposure, or insufficient maintenance
  • Consumable and wear items including filters, covers, pillows, cushions, light batteries, and similar accessories
