Refund policy
At Veluralife, we are committed to providing a smooth, transparent, and reliable ownership experience. Due to the oversized nature and specialized freight handling of luxury spa products, all returns are subject to the policy outlined below.
Return Eligibility & Window
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Because many Veluralife products ship directly from specialized warehouse facilities and freight partners, return eligibility is calculated from the original purchase date rather than the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, products must:
- Be completely unused and uninstalled
- Remain unopened with all original factory packaging and seals intact
- Be returned in the exact condition received
- Include all original accessories, manuals, packaging materials, and components
Due to sanitary, safety, and operational standards, any spa that has been unpacked, assembled, installed, connected, or filled with water is strictly non-returnable.
Customers are encouraged to inspect all products immediately upon delivery and report any shipping or product concerns promptly.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying all return shipping and freight costs.
Authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the final refund amount. This fee helps cover inspection, repackaging, warehouse handling, and specialized freight logistics associated with oversized products.
Return Authorization Required
All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by Veluralife before shipment.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@veluralife.com to receive return instructions and the correct warehouse return address.
Returns sent without prior authorization or shipped to the sender address listed on the delivery label may be refused and will not qualify for a refund.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To assist with claim processing, customers must provide:
- Clear photos and/or videos of the issue
- Images of the external packaging and shipping labels
- A brief description of the problem
Depending on the nature of the issue, Veluralife may provide replacement parts, technical support, product replacement, or other appropriate resolutions at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund any time before shipment processing or carrier pickup.
Once an order has shipped or been transferred to the freight carrier, it can no longer be canceled and will fall under the standard return policy.
Refund Processing
Returned products are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse facility.
Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 5–7 business days, minus applicable return shipping and restocking fees.
Veluralife reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
